The Queen of Fate tells the story of Line, who is plagued by feelings of guilt after the death of her best friend Theo and withdraws completely from life. Years later, an unexpected invitation to a birthday party offers her the chance to confront the past she has been trying to bury. Over the course of the evening, Line has to come to terms with her grief, her guilt and her memories – and ultimately find out whether redemption is still possible.
