Best Actor Short Film
Donald, an elderly man, arrives on a cruise ship as though pulled by an invisible string. This leads him to slowly shuffle upon an apparent murder scene. Donald searches for answers, and when he finds a second body, a state of emergency is called. But, when it becomes clear that the ‘murderer’ is just natural causes, of which Donald is the next intended victim, and that the captain is but a ferryman to the afterlife, Donald makes a break for it, with the help of the other senior-age passengers, to evade death and live a little more.
