Desire (Christine Bermas) has always been indifferent to other kids. After several years of being estranged from her elder sister Myla (Sheree Bautista), she is asked by the latter to be the house sitter at their cabin in Rizal. Desire decided to bring her new boyfriend Adam (Nico Locco) along on the trip to get to know him better. Little did she know that something sinister was waiting for her at the cabin.
