The film is a tribute to my grandmother, who passed away while I was living abroad—during a post-pandemic time when distance felt heavier than ever.
I could not see her for the last time, and her absence lingers within me.
Through the portrayal of memory and movement, the film drifts between loss and discovery, between holding on and letting go. It is a quiet journey of finding peace within grief and accepting that she has travelled to a better place.
Through an open, interpretative lens, the director hopes this film can resonate with the audience—whether it is the feeling of losing someone they love, their true self, a friendship, or a moment that cannot be returned to—and reflect the personal journey of finding peace within loss.
