Jorge’s comfortable life in a smart building falls apart when René, the cat he has to take care of in exchange for living in the apartment, dies. At that moment, a woman who claims to be the reincarnation of the feline arrives at his door and, claiming that he was the victim of a homicide, drags him into a race against time trying to find the murderer on the loose. While terrible secrets emerge, the building’s AI begins to fail, leaving them immersed in a death trap that will make them explore, in a tone of dark comedy, the eventual friendship between species and, why not, the ties with other intelligent entities.
