The story of a group of people, including a clandestine couple, a hotel concierge, a video technician, and a punk girl, whose lives intersect for seemingly random reasons, but which are actually carefully orchestrated by a secret director who avidly spies on them.
Things will end very badly because, despite careful planning, human behavior is unpredictable and can cause people to react very violently in certain situations.
