In the near future, the family planning clinic Family First can predict virtually anything about a child’s future – not just about the health, but about the personality, academic accomplishments, social factors, and whether it will get into any serious trouble. This makes parents far more capable of finding their «perfect» child. What the customers don’t know is that the clinic hires agents to follow the children after they’ve been born, for a certain number of years.
