Agneta was born and raised in the countryside. There, she lived a life marked by diligence and mutual respect.
One day, she moves to the big city and is immediately shocked by her new neighbors’ inability to keep the shared garbage room in order. With the best of intentions, she puts up a scolding note—but to no avail. It only seems to make things worse. As the mountain of trash grows (and the number of notes increases), Agneta’s frustration mounts and soon turns into obsession.
What began with a simple “Dear neighbours” note soon spirals into madness, tragedy, and violent death—all set to the cheerful sounds of dance band music!
